Delivery Information

We apply a charge of Rs. 300 on all orders under Rs. 1,500.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays), but may take up to 7 working days.

For orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, an advance payment is required. The customer will be contacted for payment details upon order confirmation, and account information will be provided. These orders will not be shipped via courier but instead sent via Daewoo or a similar service, requiring the customer to pick them up.

For orders weighing over 10 KGs, an additional charge of Rs. 50 per extra KG will apply.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return products within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or opened (unless defective).
• You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us for availability and instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
